At Ghana Ports and Harbours Hospital in Takoradi, Dr. Rexford Birikorang practices obstetrics and gynecology. His specialty training was completed at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons after he completed his medical studies at the University of Ghana Medical and Dental School. Since September 2016, he has been a college member in good standing.  

Before working at Gpha Hospital, he held positions as a houseman at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital from 2008 to 2009, a medical officer at the St. Dominic Hospital in Akwatia from 2010 to 2013, and an obstetrician/gynecologist at the same facility from 2016 to 2018. 

 He enjoys going on trips and playing board games.
